How can I cancel my user account?
The user account can be canceled after logging in to the account in the User data tab, by clicking on the Cancel user account option. 
What is the difference between a Pass and an e-Pass?
The Prague Visitor Pass is available in two variants. Choose either a physical card like the Pass or an electronic version like the e-Pass, which you will have on your smartphone. The E-Pass is a full-fledged electronic alternative to the physical card. You can buy it at the points of sale, in the free app, or on the website.
How to activate the Prague Visitor Pass
If you have opted for a Pass (physical card), please visit one of the outlets. Our qualified staff will set the activation time for you. If you have chosen the e-Pass (electronic version), you can activate it directly in the mobile app.
Where can I buy a Prague Visitor Pass?
You can buy a Prague Visitor Pass at one of the points of sale, on the website or in the mobile app.
How long is the Prague Visitor Pass valid?
An inactive Prague Visitor Pass is valid for up to 1 year after purchase.
Are the experiences accessible daily?
Most experiences are accessible daily. Check the opening hours in the Experiences tab beforehand. Some institutions are closed on Mondays and public holidays. The monuments of the Jewish Town are open to the public all year round, except on Saturdays and other Jewish holidays.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation e-mail after completing my purchase?
First, check the spam folder in your e-mail inbox. If you can’t find the e-mail and you are a registered user, please log into your account on the website where you will find your order in the “My account” section. If you are not registered, please contact us by e-mail at praguevisitorpass@prague.eu.
Is it possible to extend or shorten the validity of the Prague Visitor Pass?
The Prague Visitor Pass can be extended by purchasing another pass. Its validity cannot be shortened.
What should I do if my arrival time in Prague changes?
If you have set when the activation period starts, you can change it. The settings cannot be changed once the Prague Visitor Pass is active.
How does the Prague Visitor Pass work?
Show your active Pass at the ticket office for each experience to get a ticket to one or more buildings. Don’t forget to keep your ticket! Each site can only be visited once. Students between 15 and 25 years of age must show valid student ID.
How many experiences can I visit in a day? Can I visit the experience more than once?
There is no limit to the number of experiences you can visit per day. Each site can only be visited once.
If I want a student or child discount, what do I need to show?
Children aged 6 to 14 years must show valid ID, students from 15 to 25 years old must show valid student ID.
Children and seniors
Most experiences (including public transport) are free or discounted for children under 6 and seniors over 65. For more information on admission fees, please visit the website of your chosen experience. Transport fares can be found HERE.
What if I can’t log in to the mobile app?
First, check your login credentials, or turn the mobile app off and back on, or restart your mobile device. Next, try logging in on the website. Another option is to request a password change. If none of these options work for you, please contact us.
What should I do if I can’t purchase a Prague Visitor Pass on the mobile app or website?
To make a purchase in the mobile app, registration is required. If you are unable to purchase the Prague Visitor Pass on the website, please contact us or visit one of our sales and distribution points.
 
Do I need to print a voucher to activate the Pass or e-Pass?
You do not need to print a voucher. If you pick up a Prague Visitor Pass at one of the outlets, you only need it in electronic form.
May I use Prague Visitor Pass from/to the airport?
The active Prague Visitor Pass can be used on public transport or Airport Express buses.
How long does the Prague Public Transport run?
Public transport in Prague operates around the clock. Night traffic is limited. Detailed information and timetables can be found HERE.
What should I do if the transaction fails in the payment gateway?
Close the window and contact us by e-mail at praguevisitorpass@prague.eu. Be sure to include your name and the e-mail address you used to make the purchase. We will then check the order and send you a new link for the payment gateway. Please do not use the “back” button during the whole process.
