A new version of the Prague Visitor Pass mobile app is being released today.

If you currently have an active e-Pass in your app, please do not update the app yet. Updating the app during an active Pass may temporarily affect the functionality of your QR code.

You can safely update the app after your current e-Pass expires.

Visitor Centre Můstek

The Prague Visitor Centre will be closed from 16. 3. (13:00) to 19. 3. (11:00) for operational reasons. Please visit the nearest Prague Visitor Centre - Old Town Hall.

National Gallery Prague

The Prague Visitor Pass now offers even more opportunities to enjoy art! Cardholders can newly visit these remarkable buildings that are part of the National Gallery Prague: Trade Fair Palace, Salm Palace, Šternberský Palace, Schwarzenberg Palace and Convent of St Agnes of Bohemia. Visitors can look forward to a rich journey through art, from historic masterpieces to modern works. Free admission applies to the permanent exhibitions.

The Gallery of the City of Prague presents a contextual exhibition reflecting the unprecedented interventions in the operation of the Slovak National Gallery after 2023 and the subsequent forms of civic, professional, and artistic resistance. The exhibition features documents, videos, photographs, and creative interventions that emerged in an environment of institutional pressure, censorship, and amateurism, and demonstrates how art can become a tool of solidarity, critical thinking, and active engagement with contemporary social and political issues.

The station is currently closed. Trains will pass through the station without stopping.

I. P. Pavlova – Muzeum
Due to the construction of a new tram line, tram service will be suspended between I. P. Pavlova and Muzeum from June 14, 2025, until March 2027. This measure will affect tram lines 11 and 13. All information can be found here.    

AE (Airport Express)
In the direction of the city centre the line does not stop in the Terminál 2 stop. 

Flora (Metro Line A)
Due to reconstruction works, Flora metro station on Line A will be temporarily closed from 2 February 2026 until further notice. The Flora area can be reached by regular tram lines. Detailed information can be found here.

Prague Castle (tram line 12, 22, 23, 41, 42)
From 21. 3. – 17. 7. 2026, tram services will be temporarily suspended in the section Chotkovy sady – Brusnice due to tram track reconstruction. This measure affects lines 12, 22, 23, 41 and 42, which normally also serve the stop Pražský hrad. Detailed info here.

Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock

Dear visitors, we apologize in advance that the operation of the sightseeing circuit may be temporarily restricted due to representational reasons of the capital city of Prague. Please always find out about the current possibilities of the visit at the cash desk of the building.
